We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

3. Payments and Refunds

Certain features or products may require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact page within 30 days of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on this website are the exclusive property of World Prism Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party providers including Google, GitHub, Discord, Facebook, Apple, Supabase, and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies — including but not limited to Meta's Platform Terms, Apple's Developer Program License Agreement, Google's Terms of Service, GitHub's Terms of Service, and Discord's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, World Prism Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) our services.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) CAD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Prism Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
